After 16 years under the wing of Tassia at her famous restaurant and due to his love of sweets and pastries, Takis Karachristos decided to further his excellent service career and start his very own Pâtisserie with his wife Melani in Fiscardo located prominently at the bay front and right next to the Dodoni Ice Cream Parlour.
